1 Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including safeguarding your login credentials, keeping your password confidential, and not sharing your account with others.

You are responsible for all activity performed through your account. You may not create accounts for others, impersonate another person, or use another user's account without permission.

2 User-Generated Content

The App may allow users to create, upload, share, or otherwise provide content, including but not limited to text, images, profiles, messages, event information, and other materials ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content through the App, you grant us a limited license to host, display, process, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and improve the App.

3 Prohibited Content and Conduct

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content, harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior.

You must not use the App to:

• Post, share, or distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content.
• Bully, intimidate, stalk, threaten, or harass other users.
• Create content that promotes violence, self-harm, exploitation, or illegal activities.
• Share sexually explicit, exploitative, or inappropriate content.
• Publish content that infringes another person's privacy, intellectual property rights, or other rights.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Spam, scam, manipulate, or attempt to deceive other users.
• Use the App to collect information about other users without permission.
• Attempt to bypass safety features or misuse reporting and blocking systems.

4 User Safety, Reporting, and Blocking

We provide tools that allow users to maintain a safe environment.

As a User you can:

• Report content or users that you reasonably believe violate this Agreement.
• Block users who you do not wish to interact with.

When a user is blocked, the blocked user can no longer communicate with, interact with, or appear in relevant areas of the blocking user's experience. The blocked user will also no longer have access to any content that was previously shared with them by the user who blocked them.

Reports and blocking actions may be reviewed by our moderation team. We may take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting accounts, suspending accounts, or permanently terminating access.

5 Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to review, monitor, remove, restrict, or disable access to User Content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws.

We may take action against accounts that engage in abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior according to the content of this Agreement.

6 Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated this Agreement, endangered other users, misused the App, or engaged in abusive behavior.

Users may also delete their accounts at any time through available account settings or by contacting us.

7 Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

8 Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable measures to maintain a safe community, we cannot guarantee that all User Content or interactions will always be appropriate or acceptable.

9 Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Agreement.
